The Institute

IPALMO was founded in 1971 in Rome by policy strategists,
trade union leaders,politicians, journalists, writers
united in their desire to created a forum in Italy
to focus on the problems of the developing world.
IPALMO is an international non-profit research institute
whose aim is to study political and economic scenarios in Africa,
Latin America and the Middle and Far East.
